FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR SOLAR-POWERED E-BIKE CHARGING STATIONS. The City of Preston is seeking proposals from interested and qualified consultants to develop a feasibility study for solar-powered e-bike charging stations in the cities of Preston and Lanesboro, located in Southeast Minnesota along the Root River. The RFP is available on the City of Preston’s Economic Development Authority News website .
