New Tandem Axle Dump Truck

The City of Prince Rupert (the “City”) is inviting proposals from qualified proponents (the
“Proponents”) in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the provision of the Services
described herein.
The City is seeking proposals for the supply and delivery of one (1) tandem axle dump truck
equipped with a snowplow and sander. The primary application for this unit will be to haul
materials during construction activities, including spoil material and suitable backfill. During snow
events, the unit will also be utilized for snow plowing and sanding operations.
The City encourages Proponents to submit multiple proposals, including alternative
configurations or equipment offerings, provided that each submission clearly identifies the
proposed equipment and meets the minimum requirements set out in this RFP.
