Description

The Province is seeking a Contractor to deliver the next evolution of Managed Print Services (MPS).

The Province intends to adopt an enterprise-wide approach to administering and delivering photocopying, printing and scanning functions within the Province, including the replacement of Devices, Hardware, supplies, and Consumables, acquiring and installing new Devices, MPS monitoring and Preventive Maintenance, and reporting and analytics. MPS is a replacement of the current decentralized model for Printer acquisition, operations, usage, support and maintenance.
