Project Description: This project will be installing a 12 foot wide shared-use path along WT Harris Blvd from JW Clay Blvd to N Tryon St. Improvements will include the new concrete walkway, new pedestrian ramps, pedestrian traffic signals, new pedestrian lighting, and storm drainage measures. This project will improve pedestrian and cyclist mobility and safety in the area, as well as connect to the new JW Clay Streetscape Improvements project.
