The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for a PERMANENT AIRCRAFT WASHING SYSTEM FOR C-130J AND HH-60W at Westhampton Beach, NY, (Suffolk County).
Basis of Award: Quote that conforms to the terms and conditions of the synopsis/solicitation and meets all the requirements outlined in the performance work statement, provides the lowest price and is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.104-1.

NOTE This is currently not a funded procurement and award is contingent upon final funding certification.
