Description
The University of Waterloo (UW) intends to award a contract for the International Tobacco Control Policy Evaluation Project – ITC Korea Survey to Rakuten Insight USA Co., Ltd., New York, NY USA as outlined in the ACAN. This is an advanced Notice indicating to the supplier community that the University of Waterloo intends to award a contract for these services to this pre-identified supplier. This advanced Notice is intended to cover the life of the study, estimated to run from January 2026 to the end of 2031. If no other supplier submits, on or before the closing date of this notice, a challenge with a suitable plan for an alternate approach, the competitive requirements of the University of Waterloo are considered to have been met. Following notification to any suppliers not successful in demonstrating an approach that is in the best interests of the University of Waterloo, the contract will then be awarded to the pre-identified supplier.
