Description: The New York State Thruway Authority is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consulting and/or contracting firms to handle the processing, payment, tracking, consolidation and data management of utility bills as well as energy procurement services. This proposal opportunity will be available for download at the NYS Thruway Authority’s website: https://pbss.thruway.ny.gov/ OR request a hard copy via mail by calling the “Contact” listed below. Be advised that there is a law in effect that affects lobbying on procurement contracts; further information about the law and its implementation at the Authority can be found on the Authority’s website, www.thruway.ny.gov, under Purchasing Services; Other Forms and Documents section; Lobbying Law Forms & Guidelines. Due Date: 11/24/2025 1:00 PMContract Term: The term shall commence on upon approval by Authority’s Executive Director and shall terminate three (3) years after commencement.
