Lease of Parking Spaces

SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need to lease approximately four hundred (400) parking spaces, preferably within 1.0 miles of Upstate's downtown campus located at 750 East Adams Street, Syracuse, New York 13210. The site must be available by the Second Quarter of 2026. Proposals must be for at least four hundred (400) spaces.

The site must be available twelve (12) months of the year, Monday through Friday, hours to be determined.

Other site requirements include:
1. Paved or crushed stone surface.
2. Entirely fenced in.
3. Have a guard shack available for Upstate use (or the ability for Upstate to install a temporary guard shack at the expense of Upstate).
4. Proper lighting (or the ability for Upstate to install temporary lighting at the expense of Upstate).
5. Ability for Upstate to run/install data and electricity to the site, if not already available.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §§139-j & -k, aka the Lobbying Law. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §§139-j & -k, and New York State Tax Law Section 5-a. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Benefits insurance certificates.
