REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS (RFQ/P)

Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment Vendor

Douglas Community Center
The City of Douglas, WY is soliciting qualified candidates interested in providing
FF&E specification and procurement/install services for the Douglas Community Center
project. Interested applicants may obtain a copy of the RFQ/P and supporting
documents via the City’s Owner’s Representative, NV5, Inc. Interested firms must
register with the City’s Owner’s Representative to ensure receipt of all future
communications.
Once the form below is completed, NV5 will send the documents direct to the email
indicated in the form:
