Description: SUNY Plattsburgh is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for Fire Extinguisher Inspection, Certification and Testing Services for a term of five (5) years, beginning on 12/15/2025 through 12/14/2030. All terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the bid documents provided to this advertisement. Details are included in the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) #25JB0930-C000922. An optional pre-bid walk through will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST. Interested bidder's should meet at the Service Building at 40 Sanborn Avenue. Please RSVP to case8736@plattsburgh.edu to indicate your attendance and receive parking information. Note, RSVP is not mandatory, only requested.
