Description: MTA is seeking firm, fixed pricing for Fire Alarm & Detection System Inspections, Maintenance, and Repair at various LIRR Facilities. This specification calls for the Contractor to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for the inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and upgrade/replacement as per NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) of the Fire Alarm and Detection Systems located at the Long Island Railroad facilities specified herein.
