Lac La Biche County
Lac La Biche County is seeking proposals for the development of a comprehensive Tourism Feasibility Study & Strategic Plan. The purpose of this project is to identify prioritized tourism opportunities that can be realistically executed in collaboration with strategic partners and entrepreneurs. The County seeks a consultant to deliver a plan that:
• Identifies best -in -class tourism assets and experiences through a "finance - ready" investment lens.
• Evaluates specific sites for hospitality, resort, and four -season tourism potential.
• Engages leadership and community stakeholders to ensure alignment with local values.
• Provides a pragmatic implementation roadmap for the next 20 years
