REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TO PROVIDE MULTIPLE SITE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE


The City of Lake Oswego invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide a high-quality level of landscaping services for approximately 200 sites, which totals nearly 55 acres and includes rights-of-way, street medians, City facilities, water pump stations and reservoirs, and sewer pump
stations.

Deadline for Submission of Proposal: Wednesday, January 28th, 2026, 3:30pm Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.

1. Online. To download the full Request for Proposal and receive all notifications a person or company must register and add your individual name or company name to the Plan holder’s list at http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/.

2. In Person. To obtain the full Request for Proposal in person, see the front desk at the City of Lake Oswego Maintenance Center, 17601 Pilkington Road, Lake Oswego, OR 97035 between the hours of 7:30am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday.
