Description:
The City of Peekskill (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide environmental review consulting services to examine the potential cumulative impacts of three Transit Oriented Developments (“TOD”). In 2024, in order to revitalize and jumpstart development at the waterfront, the City solicited Expressions of Interest for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) on three (3) city-owned surface parking lots at the waterfront. The City is has received and is considering proposals for all three (3) sites.
