Amendment No. 00004 to RFQ No. 6913G625Q300005.

This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is amended as follows:

Extend the date offers are due until Monday, December 2, 2024 at 3:00PM EST.

Provide a revised Statement of Work (SOW) (attached) and to include addtional Instructions to Offerors.

When responding to the RFQ, please cc Christopher Dooley at christopher.dooley@dot.gov. Also, if you have any questions during the period 11/29/2024 - 12/2/2024, contact Chris Dooley via email (above), as the contracting officer will be out of the office during this time. Please cc the contracting officer on all emails.

All other terms and condtions of the RFQ remain the same.
