AV System Equipment, Installation, and Programming Pine Bush Conference Rooms (PB-223 and PB-330)

The University at Albany, SUNY is requesting bids for the equipment and labor necessary to complete renovations of the Pine Bush Building conference rooms which includes the provision, installation, and programming of audio-visual and system controls in accordance with the University’s specification in the following on-campus locations:

• Pine Bush Building, Room 223 (PB-223)
• Pine Bush Building, Room 330 (PB-330)

Mandatory Walk through on 4/23/25 at 2:00 PM at University Pine Bush Room 223, 1400 Washington Ave, Albany, NY 12222.

Questions are due by 4/25/2025 to JLevy@albany.edu . Answers to Questions will be sent out by 4/30/25.

Bids are due by 5/7/2025 at 2:30 PM.

Mandatory requirements include: Bidder must minimally have five (5) years’ experience in the provision, installation, and programming of Audio-Visual equipment as outlined in this IFB and should know how to work with Crestron Programming.
