General Information and Bid Submission Requirements
The Town of Northborough, Massachusetts invites qualified contractors to submit written responses (hereinafter referred to as “bid” or “bids”) to furnish and install four municipal building signs at three locations. All contractors must submit in conformance with this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) and any related documents available in the Public Works Office at 63 Main Street. This IFB shall be governed by the requirements of Chapter 30, §39M et seq. of the Massachusetts General Laws for projects estimated to cost between $10,000 and $50,000.
