Roadways Rehabilitation in East Development Area

The Project includes the rehabilitation of approximately one-half mile of N. Westshore Blvd north of W Cayuga St, and about a quarter mile of W Cayuga St. between N. Westshore Blvd and Air Cargo Rd. On W. Cayuga St. The asphalt will be removed full-depth and overlaid with new asphalt. On N. Westshore Blvd., the asphalt will be either milled partial or full depth, depending on location and overlaid with new asphalt. The edge of pavement radius at the N. Westshore – W. Cayuga intersection will be widened, and a culvert extended. The Project also includes pavement demolition, earthwork, grading, sodding, and pavement markings. The Project will be constructed in multiple phases and will require separate maintenance of traffic schemes for each phase.
