Description: |
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced and qualified offerors to cost effectively manage, maintain, and operate Cheyney University’s Wastewater Treatment Plant (hereinafter WWTP), a sequential batch reactor facility for biological nutrient removal with a designed and permitted 250,000 gallons-per-day capacity, while continuously meeting regulatory discharge permit limits.
It is critical that the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) be operated efficiently, properly and in strict compliance with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regulations.
