This project consists of the replacement of aging infrastructure within the Palm River
neighborhood along Country Club Drive, Country Club Lane, Cypress Way West, Fairway Circle,
Forestwood Drive, Juli-Fe Drive, Oakwood Court, Oakwood Drive, Old Tamiami Trail, Viking Way,
Westwood Drive, and a portion of Palm River Boulevard. The project generally consists of the
following major components: Potable Water Infrastructure Improvements, Wastewater Infrastructure Improvements, Stormwater Infrastructure Improvements, Driveway Improvements, and Roadway Improvements.
