Synopsis:

|
This RFP invites submissions from qualified Proponents for the provision of Prime Food Vendor Services for Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw. The selected Proponent will be responsible for supplying and delivering a wide range of food and beverage products—including meat, seafood, produce, dairy, dry goods, bread and bakery products, non-alcoholic beverages, and paper products—to support SaskGaming’s food and beverage operations.

SaskGaming requires the use of an electronic ordering and invoicing system that integrates with its inventory platform (Optimum Control). A high order fulfillment rate, clear and timely communication regarding product availability or changes, and proactive support in sourcing viable alternatives for unavailable items are essential. Proponents must also assist with cost management by providing upfront competitive pricing and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
