Listing Information/Advertisement
Claiborne Electric Cooperative (“Claiborne”) is requesting quotations for Wood Pole Inspection and Treatment services. This project will include inspecting, treating, and preparing necessary reports for the inspection of existing wood distribution and transmission poles as assigned throughout Claiborne’s service territory. The successful bidder will be awarded a contract for services through December 31, 2026.
Prospective bidders are asked to submit their quotation using the attached Excel spreadsheet and RUS bidding documents no later than 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 22, 2025 by US Mail, overnight courier, or email to Lisa Ledbetter ( [email protected] ). Claiborne will host a virtual Pre-Bid Meeting on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams; while the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Prospective bidders wishing to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting should email Lisa Ledbetter to request the meeting link. Technical questions or further questions about the Scope of Work may be directed to Stephen Faulk ( [email protected] ).
