Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking information from potential offerors who are interested in, and capable of providing tactical shooting training.



This RFI seeks information of potential offerors that the capacity to meet the required services and criteria, please provide the following information:




  1. Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort as spelled out in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW), with appropriate documentation to support claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.

    1. The capability statements shall address, at a minimum, the following items:

      1. Can or has your company managed a similar task of this nature? If so, please provide details.

      2. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement?

      3. What specific technical skills does your company possess which ensure capability to perform the tasks?





  2. Do you have a training event curriculum already in production that meets the preliminary training objectives or that could be modified to meet the training objectives? If so, please provide information on the curriculum. For example, but not specifically required: Itinerary, past performance evaluation criteria, go-no go thresholds, etc.

  3. If you do not have an active curriculum that will satisfy the requirements, and you are interested in submitting a proposal, what potential course of action would be taken to ensure the criterion will be satisfied at the time of award?

  4. What will be the review, audit, and quality improvement process?

  5. What range live fire safety and sterilization standards and guidance are you currently using?

  6. What security and access control standards to armaments are currently being employed?

  7. What is the rough order of magnitude (ROM) price of your current courses? What is the ROM of the onsite facilities and messing?

  8. What is the current location of facilities and courses?

  9. What is your company’s size and socio-economic status?
