The contract is designated to provide support necessary for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 and the state of California to manage the Stalled Leaking Underground Storage Tank Case Initiative. Case management will include helping to define impediments to the investigation and remediation of stalled cases, propose and implement solutions to those impediments, communicate potential solutions with EPA and State of California regulators, and targeted support to stalled cases in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.
