SSN Class Ship HPAC Troubleshoot and Repairs (GROOM)

Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 410A Procurement intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to Curtiss-Wright to provide immediate troubleshoot and repairs for the No. One High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) on board a SSN Class Ship in support of SWRMC Code 340. The direct replacement parts are required to be compatible in all aspects (fit, form, and function) with the existing HPAC assembly in order allow the ship to complete mission and training requirements both in and out of port and meet its deployment date. Curtiss-Wright is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the #1 High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) with no known authorized distributors.

This requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336611, and the business size standard is 47 (millions of dollars).

This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received after date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating a vendor’s bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency. Requests must include company name, address, telephone number of the requestor, e-mail address, CAGE code, and business size.
