The Colorado Army National Guard is seeking companies that have the capability to provide alterations for Army Soldier uniforms, Class A and Class B, male and female uniform sets. The contractor will pick up uniforms, provide alterations, and return uniforms to the units/locations as outlined below:

Colorado National Guard intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract for clothing alterations for uniforms for Army National Guard soldiers. Three locations will require services:

  1. West- Grand Junction, Montrose

  2. North- Fort Collins, Denver, Windsor, Aurora, Watkins, Fort Lupton, Longmont

  3. South- Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Alamosa

Requirements:

Vendor will be required to: Size according to Army Regulations for ASU and AGSU

Pick Up uniform Drill weekend

Complete Alterations within 90 days

Return uniform to Unit

Optional: Vendor will provide pressing and dry cleaning of the uniforms after alteration has been completed

Proposed alterations to be completed:

Provide three options of uniform alterations as follows:

a. Class A (full) Coat, one short-sleeved shirt, one long-sleeved shirt, two trousers or one trouser/one skirt (females only for skirt). This option completes the entire uniform for one Soldier in one iteration.

b. Class B (partial) one short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirt, one trouser or skirt (females only for skirt). This option allows a Soldier to get alterations completed for a minimum uniform due to supply constraints and complete the remaining items at a future date.

c. Class B to Class A (partial - not to exceed one trouser/skirt hem, rank for one shirt and rank/patches/sleeves hemmed for one coat). This option completes the entire uniform in two separate iterations due to supply constraints.
