The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) of the City University of New York (CUNY) wishes to purchase Media Console Equipment as listed on the attached RFQ# BMCC 256684 and Specifications for the Tribeca Performing Arts Center's Theatre One.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University's Standard Terms and Conditions, the resulting Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).

forms if they are selected:

"Offerer's Affirmation of Understanding of an Agreement pursuant to State
Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)”

“Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations"
and Disclosure of Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law
§139-j and §139- k”.
