TheTexas Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) seeks responses to provideApplication, Maintenance and Integration support as well as subscriptionServices for the HHSC IT Service Management (ITSM) BMC Helix ITSM instance asis currently configured. The current BMC Helix ITSM instance supports: TexasIntegrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) Data Center Services andOperations (DCS & O), Health and Human Services, Department of State HealthServices and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (“DFPS”)which will be a separate agency under this SOW and directly responsible for thecost of the DFPS subscription service.
