The City of Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a qualified firm to work with City staff to develop, design, bid, and provide construction administration services for a plan for the North Downtown Streetscape Revitalization Project.

Street North and South including Sidewalk from Broad Street to Main Street

East 8th Street South including Sidewalk from Main Street to D Street.

N Main Street East and West including Sidewalk from Main to Military
The project will construct streetscape improvements including landscaping, sidewalks/trails, accessible curb ramps, bump outs, decorative pavement, street lighting, bike racks, bollards, benches, parking/curb and gutter, columns, fencing, traffic calming features, signage, and three archways: Park Ave and 8
th
Street, gateway to the amphitheater at Military Ave and Main Street, and 6
th
Street and Broad Street.
