AV System Equipment, Installation, and Programming Classroom Phase 8 Renovations (HU-109, TA-35, LI-220, LI-320)

The University at Albany, SUNY is requesting bids for the equipment and labor necessary to complete Classroom Phase 8 renovations which includes the provision, installation, and programming of audio-visual and system controls in accordance with the University’s specification in the following on-campus classroom locations:

• Humanities Building, Room 109 (HU-109)
• Taconic Building, Room 35 (TA-35)
• University Library, Room 220 (LI-220)
• University Library, Room 320 (LI-320)

Mandatory Walk through on 3/5/25 at 9:30 AM at University Humanities Room 109, 1400 Washington Ave, Albany, NY 12222.

Questions are due by 3/7/2025 to JLevy@albany.edu . Answers to Questions will be sent out by 3/11/25.

Bids are due by 3/19/2025 at 2:30 PM.

Mandatory requirements include: Bidder must minimally have five (5) years’ experience in the provision, installation, and programming of Audio-Visual equipment as outlined in this IFB.
