Intent to Limit Sources - Inpatient HCAHPS Survey

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Press Ganey Associates LLC to provide and implement a standardized survey instrument and data collection methodology for measuring patient perspective on impatient care.

The estimated Period of Performance will be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Press Ganey Associates LLC. in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a) Orders or BPAs exceeding the micro-purchase threshold based on a limited sources justification. Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Press Ganey Associates LLC. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Marshall Arviso, Contract Specialist, at marshall.arviso@ihs.gov by 8:00 AM MST on Monday, December 16, 2024.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
