Housing Rehabilitation Program Single Family

The Community Development Office will be accepting bids for the rehabilitation of the following single-family residences:

1. DuBois St.

2. Columbia Ave.

3. Grand Ave.

Basic work consists of roofing. Any plumbing or electrical work performed in the City of Middletown MUST be completed by a licensed City of Middletown plumber or electrician.

The Pre-Bid meeting, to be held on July 8, 2025 beginning at 3:00,is mandatory. Precise locations will be included in the bid packets.

Bids are due on July 11, 2025 at 4:00

The public bid opening will be held in the Community Development Office located at City Hall, 16 James Street, 3rd Floor, Middletown, NY 10940 on July 11, 2025 at 4:00
