The Town of Wayland, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the DPW Maintenance Bay Floor Resealing Project at the DPW Maintenance Building, 66 River Road, Wayland, MA. The scope of work includes but not limited to, the following:
Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30 § 39M.
Beginning at 12:00 Noon, Thursday November 21, 2024, complete sets of bidding documents, including bid forms, may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland's website:
www.wayland.ma.us/bids
and selecting Project # 24-1029-IFB, DPW Maintenance Bay Floor Resealing.
Bid documents are made available to all bidders in electronic format at no cost; bidders desiring hard copies of the Specifications shall be solely responsible for all costs related to the printing and shipping of hard copy packages.
The Town of Wayland shall receive General Bids at the Town Managers Office, First Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland MA 01778 until, 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 19, 2024 at which time bids will be opened and recorded. Bids submitted after this time will not be considered.
An optional pre-bid conference and site walk-through will be held at the project site, Wayland DPW Maintenance Building, at 66 River Road, Wayland, MA on Thursday December 5, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. No preregistration is required. Contractors are invited to meet the owner representative at the Front Entrance.

DCAMM Certification is required for this project if the Bid Price is $150,000 or greater.

5% Bid Bond is required.

The estimated cost for this project is: $70,000.
The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
