The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking contractors for the Cornucopia Harbor Maintenance Dredging. This project involves maintenance dredging in the Cornucopia Harbor Federal navigation channel located near Bell, Wisconsin. The Contractor will be required to mobilize to the Cornucopia Harbor channel and perform mechanical dredging within the Inner Harbor South Arm, North Arm and Optional work in the Outer Harbor. Dredge material will be place in 3 upland placement sites. Demobilize when dredging is completed. General Information:

The estimated cost of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a size standard of $37 Million in average annual receipts for dredging.

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for small Businesses.

Approximate solicitation posting date: November 2025

The anticipated completion for the base and all options is to be completed by September 01, 2026
