SUBJECT: SOURCES SOUGHT – 21 CES FIRE ALARM RESERVE SYSTEM (FARS) PHASE II and FIREWORKS INSTALL

The Peterson Space Force Base 21st Contracting Squadron is requesting information from interested and capable sources for the below:

CLIN 001 FARS Phase II: Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision and other items necessary to perform the replacement and upgrade of network switches and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) throughout the Fire Alarm System (FARS) including system hardware, firmware, and software in accordance with (IAW) attachment 1 Statement of Work (SOW) at Buildings: 1, 893, 982, 1171, 1324, and 2025 at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), Colorado. Conform to all federal, state, local requirements for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and applicable manufacture standards are required in the SOW.

CLIN 002 FireWorks Install: Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation supervision, and other resources required to install the FireWorks System, including servers, computers, and software, within the Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) fire alarm network in Colorado. Ensure all work complies with the requirements outlined in Attachment 1 Statement of Work (SOW), as well as all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and relevant manufacturer specifications.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees.

This Sources Sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Peterson Space Force Base, CO is requesting information for Market Research Purposes. The government is requesting information IAW with Attachment 2 – Product List. Please refer to Attachment 1 – SOW FARS, Attachment 2 – FARS Product List, and Attachment 3 – FARS Cyber Requirements

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. At this time, PSFB is not seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought.

2. What is the fastest delivery time after award you could provide each of these items? Please reply citing the delivery time to Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado.

4. Can you provide these items listed in attachments 2 and 3? For the non-Brand Name items, please provide a specifications sheet of the item you have that meets or is like the characteristics listed in Attachments 2 and 3.


5. Do you have a pre-priced contract vehicle in place?


6. Is a warranty included? If so, for how long?
