Crocker Digital Marquee

The City of Fitchburg invites sealed bids for the design, furnishing and installation of a digital marquee at the new Crocker elementary school. Bids will be received until May 6th, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA and at the designated time and place publicly opened and recorded.

A bid deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total project is required. A Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the sum of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the successful Bidder. Project is subject to compliance with prevailing wage requirements.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 §39M, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the scope of work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder.
