REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The RM of Moose Creek No. 33
Sealed RFP for Engineering/Architectural Services for an Office Addition will be accepted by the RM until 4:00 P.M., Monday, March 17, 2025.
The Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33 currently has a 40’ by 48’ office building located in the Town of Alameda. The existing lot is 50’ by 120’. We are looking to build an addition to the rear of the building to match the existing building construction and foundation system. The addition will be 40’ by 25’ and will be used as a council chambers/board room. It should have plumbing for a sink or small kitchen area. The current council chambers will need to be turned into two rooms. One will be an office the other a small lunch room. The addition should be on the same plumbing, heating and electrical systems as the main building.
