Project includes but is not limited to, site clearing and grubbing, grading, saw cutting existing asphalt, subbase and base preparation, drainage features, aggregate base installation, asphalt paving and rock barriers installation. Contractor to complete and obtain the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan permit and encroachment permits (if applicable).
