Cybersecurity Pathway Courseware, Credentialing, and Support

This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov.

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements:

DoDEA requires access to digital instructional resources, instructor training/ certification, industry aligned student certifications, and ongoing technical support for the Cybersecurity Pathway program to include the monitoring of quality assurance and performance in conformance with current industry standards. The professional learning component includes virtual training for both new teacher training, certified teachers, and selected above-school level subject-matter experts.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 (Educational Support Services), and the applicable PSC is U009 (Education/Training - General). Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes.

DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125425QE037 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial and Services, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be competed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. DoDEA expects to make one award for a 5-year base period and 1 Option Year.

The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 04/04/2025 and an award date on or about 09/03/2025.
