ADDENDUM 1
Serves to answer submitted questions. Additionally, the Deadline for Receipt of Bids date is changing from November 26, 2024, to December 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM Alaska Time. PURPOSE
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry & Fire Protection, is soliciting bids for the as-needed purchase of radio units to support fire protection operations across the state. The Division anticipates purchasing 50 units over the next 3-5 years, with an initial purchase of approximately 20 units immediately following the award of the contract. Acquiring this equipment will help ensure that the Division maintains reliable, modern communication tools that meet industry standards.
BID SUBMITTAL
Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on November 26, 2024 , via email to madelyn.lowe@alaska.gov, or mailed/hand delivered to DNR/DOF 101 Airport Rd. Palmer, AK 99645. Responses received after this date and time will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
