Sole Source Notice -Grissom ARB and Goodfellow AFB BITS Application Software License and Support

This is a Single Source Notice posted IAW FAR 13.105 for a Sole Source Justificaiton procured IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

This acquisition is for a base period, and four option periods, which includes: 7 Air Force Reserve Command Warehouse Licenses, 2 Air Force Reserve Command Warehouse Licenses, 4 Goodfellow Air Force Base Licenses, and 50 annual hours of Support Agreement Help Desk Time.

The original handheld system and software system, that requires this software license and service support, was designed and created in 2009. The Government has no current intention to design and create a new system at this time. The circumstances of the contracting action deem that only one source is reasonably available due to exclusive licensing agreements. Sentinel Business Services is the only vendor that can provide software licenses and service support for the current handheld scanners for the Government's BITS Application.
