Description
The Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) requires maintenance, support, and training on the existing locking system located at the Navy Barracks Lackland Texas. Included is a quantity of 264 Mortise Locks (45HQ7TV15SE626) with SE Smartcard Reader Portal Gateways (WQXPGCBP), Antennas (WQDACMO), a Government supplied Server, and a stand alone computer. The period of performance shall be for a twelve (12) month base period, four (4) twelve (12) month option years, and a six (6) month extension per FAR 52.217-8.
a. The contractor shall provide routine maintenance as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on the locks to include any software upgrades, battery replacements and maintenance to the locks such as adjustment and cleaning.
b.
The contractor shall provide on-site troubleshooting support of equipment during weekly business hours. Support includes normal wear and tear, repair or replacement of nonworking equipment (exceptions include equipment damaged by the end user, acts of God, or vandalism). Contractor shall provide a concise process for trouble calls with a minimum three-working day on-site response time.
c. The contractor shall provide 24 x 7 telephone technical support to assist with troubleshooting issues to include but not limited to panel programming and system operations.
d. The contractor shall provide semi-annual user training centered on system operation and system functionality.
