Description: U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel(s) (multiple awards up to two vessels or until the needs of the government have been met), capable of carrying a portion of 364,371 square feet of military cargo (wheeled, unmanned aircraft, and breakbulk). Each vessel shall carry a minimum of 85,000 square feet of military cargo from the packing list.
