Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that can carry a minimum of 270,000 bbls of clean product (intentions F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece; and the intended discharging ports/places are Diego Garcia and Salalah, Oman. The laydays commence 18 July and cancel 19 July 2025, and the period of performance will be one voyage.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The MSC Deputy Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
