A Mixed-Use & Multi-Family Housing Study in Rancho Cordova

The City of Rancho Cordova, Community Development, is seeking the submission of proposals from qualified consultants.

The work to be done under this contract consists, in general, of providing all professional services necessary to conduct a targeted mixed-use and multi-family housing study. This includes evaluating regulatory and financial barriers to infill development within the City of Rancho Cordova’s designated Green Zones, identifying constraints, and recommending updates to support the City’s planning and development objectives. The consultant shall assess the feasibility of urban infill housing across multiple opportunity sites and provide guidance on integrating such housing types in alignment with the City’s General Plan Update, equity goals, and mobility initiatives. Work also includes tasks necessary to complete the scope as described in these Special Provisions, the RFP, or as directed by the City.
