The Bid Submission Deadline is November 20, 2025 at 2:00pm Central Time.

The Question Submission Deadline is November 14, 2025 at 2:00pm Central Time.

Bid Opening will take place on the Bid Express website. There will NOT be a Public Opening.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on 11/10/25 at the TPWA Building, 710 W. Choctaw St, Tahlequah, OK 74464, at 10:00 AM Central Time. A site visit to the job site will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting.

Questions can be submitted within the RFP at the Bid Express website until November 14, 2025 at 2:00pm Central Time. Questions will NOT be answered via phone, fax, or email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process. All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express. Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFP 8222. You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP. There is a fee to upload your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email.
