Project Description: The Hillsborough County Engineering & Operations Department is seeking competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors with a proven and documented track record of providing road side units (RSU) that integrate with traffic signal cabinets, newer vehicles, and third (3rd) party applications with safety messages for all road users.
