County Security Guard Services

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Facilities Management and Real Estate Services Department seeks an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide ongoing and as-needed licensed Class G armed and Class D unarmed security guard services at various facilities throughout the County. The Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel to render armed and unarmed security guard services for 40 to 50 hours a week at approximately 29 County sites. All sites currently utilize armed security guards. However, unarmed security guards may be used as needed at the County’s sole discretion. Refer to Attachment A, Facility Locations. The Contract will be for a three (3) year period with two (2) 1- year renewal periods. The project services are estimated at $9,496,200.00.
