Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Frederick County Community Programs. Please refer to RFP #26-687 when inquiring about this solicitation.
A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST . Register with the buyer, Kristal McKenrick, at KMckenrick@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Bid Submission: Proposals shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. PLEASE NOTE REGISTRATION TAKES A MINIMUM OF TWO BUSINESS DAYS.
