Regarding this pre-solicitation modification, would you please indicate the type of environmental engineer you are looking for on this team? Is it for a NEPA Assessment? As you know, environmental engineering is a wide category and we want to make sure we are providing you an environmental engineer qualified for what you expect. Provide environmental engineer to meet project requirements as shown Specialized Experience 2. Relevant Project Experience.
Also, would you please confirm that you need a historic coordinator/historian/preservation specialist for this parking lot and that this information isn t a carryover from a previous proposal? See the requirements in Professional Qualifications.
Same question regarding needing a physical security specialist for this project, since there is not a scope listed that describes a physical security component, is this a requirement for this project or is this carryover language from a previous proposal? See the requirements in Professional Qualifications.
Finally, the requirements that projects must be completed within the past five years, and projects must be 80% constructed, and projects must include at least 50 paved parking spaces, and projects must have a construction cost of at least $1M are all of these really required?  We submitted an SF 330 on this original solicitation and the requirements were vastly different. All requirements of the solicitation are valid.Â
